Replacement / Cancellation Policy
At Aadrithi in Aarush, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we want to make sure you have a seamless experience when it comes to exchanges. No exchange only in case of damage we can do. After delivery within 24 hours the client should return.
Size Exchange Policy:
Due to the bespoke nature of our orders, crafted specifically to your measurements, we are unable to offer a size exchange option. Please ensure your size selection is accurate before confirming your order. If you need assistance, our team is readily available to guide you through the process. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 1 day from the date of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange of the product at no additional cost to you.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
Items Without Original Packaging: We can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items Showing Signs of Use: Products that show signs of use, wear, washed or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
How to Initiate a Exchange:
Contact our Customer Support team at aadrithiinaarush@gmail.com or instagram dm within a day. Provide your order number and details about the issue with the product. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the exchange process.
Replacements process:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your replacement. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost, 10 Working days.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made. Please Review your order carefully before completing the payment.
